These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Reno Motorsports online store and to every order placed through it. Reno Motorsports is based in Reno, Nevada. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when it ships. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price or description is clearly wrong, or an order looks fraudulent. If that happens, we will email you right away.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is taken when you place your order. Prices and availability can change without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

3. Shipping

We ship only to addresses in the United States. Products ship directly from our distribution warehouses, so an order may arrive in more than one package. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for timing and what to do if a package is damaged or missing.

4. Returns

Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. Every return needs approval before it is sent back. Tires that have been mounted, installed or ridden on cannot be returned.

5. Fitment and product information

We work to keep sizes, specifications and fitment information accurate, using data from the manufacturers and distributors. Photos may show a similar model or color. Before you order, please confirm that a part fits your vehicle, for example by checking your owner's manual or the size on your current tire. If you are not sure, email us before ordering.

6. Installation and safety

Riding motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and other powersports vehicles is dangerous. Many of the parts we sell, including tires, brakes, suspension and drivetrain parts, affect your safety. They should be installed by a qualified technician according to the manufacturer's instructions. Always follow the manufacturer's load, speed and air pressure ratings, and wear proper protective gear.

7. Warranty

Products are covered only by their manufacturer's warranty, where one is offered. We will help you file a warranty claim. Except for that warranty and what the law requires, products are sold "as is," and we make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reno Motorsports is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Site content

Product names, logos and images belong to their manufacturers and are used to identify the products we sell. You may not copy or reuse content from this site for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
