Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
• Tires that have been mounted, installed or ridden on cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email renomotorsports.parts@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our products ship directly from our distribution warehouses, so every return needs approval before it is sent back. We'll reply with a return authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization, or to the wrong address, may not be accepted.

Return shipping

• Wrong item, defective item or shipping damage: we cover return shipping and will replace or refund the item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos if the item or package is damaged.
• All other returns (changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, etc.): the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping is free and is not deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once the warehouse receives and inspects your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the return arrives.
